Rare Vintage Alfred Concanen Stannard & Son's Victorian Advertising Music Cover/Poster - Harry Hunter's "Spelling Bee" Song

Alfred Concanen (1835-1886) was a lithographer and lithographic artist, illustrator, mapmaker and publisher. Primarily known for his prolific output of music covers and posters.

This is a fabulous framed poster advertising Harry Hunter’s “Spelling Bee Song”, a real find for anyone that collects posters from the 1800s.

This is a vintage item so will show signs of wear. All in all, it is in good condition but the back of the frame has been opened at some time but this may simply be to straighten up the poster.

Height - 18 1/4 inches
