Royal Doulton collectible plate - "Otter Pair on a River Bank" by W G Rollinson - Limited Edition

Royal Doulton, Bone China Limited Edition Plate by W G Rollinson called "Otter Pair on a River Bank". This is the first issue in the collector's plate series entitled Rollinson's Portraits of Nature. Painted by the artist exclusively for this limited edition and fired to the highest quality standards of Royal Doulton.

The edition is limited to 150 firing days and this plate is no. 1080B. At the bottom of the plate W G Rollinson has written "I watched a pair of handsome otters just long enough to sketch their marvellous streamlined shapes - they then just slipped out of sight".

This plate is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity.

21 cm in diameter.

The item will be very well wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and packed to ensure that it gets to you safely.
